After coming off the back off a shoudler impingement injury, I decided to approach Gordon to help me with my first ever cut/diet as I wanted to imrpove body composotion (note: I am not a very self-confident person).
There are many trainers out there but the reason I choose Gordon was simple. The positive feedback from his clients.
No food was out of bounds, with bread, fruit and dairy (I know) being eaten on a daily basis as long as it fitted within the simple prescribed macros. Any changes were made accordingly by Gordon as the weeks progressed.
I have seen great performance in the gym despite being in a calorie deficit and Gordon still encouraged me to continue my football and swimming on a weekly basis, which was great.
He always replied to any questions via email or skype immediately and was blown away by how quick and informative his responses where with regards to training and nutrition.
My goal is to compete next year and I cant wait to work with Gordon in the future to build on some mass.
