Passionate about health, nutrition, fitness and wellbeing, personal training was a natural career path for me. Today, I am an independent London based personal trainer and an online nutritional consultant based near Old Street, Moorgate and Liverpool Street stations, offering both one to one personal training and online tailored nutrition and training programmes for fat loss, muscle gain and improved performance.

Hailing originally from Aberdeen, I moved to London in 2011 where I now practice from the Vault Gym in Shoreditch, near Old Street, Moorgate and Liverpool Street stations. I work with a wide variety of clients looking to tone up, improve performance, lose fat or gain muscle. I specialise in combining personal attributes with a science based approach to training and nutrition and being a title holding natural bodybuilder, I have achieved particular success coaching both every day individuals and fitness competitors alike.

I am a qualified fitness professional concentrating on providing each client with a tailored approach to their fitness goals. Specialising in body recomposition, competition prep for fitness and physique professionals and providing sport specific nutritional advice, I pride myself on providing a personalised and passionate service to my clients.

Inspire

In order to tailor an exercise and nutritional programme central to my clients aims, I require each to complete an initial fitness assessment. Whether the priority be hypertrophy gains, fat loss or simply an improvement in physical fitness, each programme is devised on an individual basis.

Achieve

Based on this fitness assessment, I consider a client’s strengths, weaknesses and any personal limitations, preferences or medical considerations that may be applicable. This allows me to provide each client with the most effective and safe programme to achieve their desired results.
